Product Description
The DC surge protective device is designed to safeguard solar systems (PV power supply systems) against lightning surge voltages. These units should be installed in parallel on the DC networks that require protection, offering both common and differential mode protection. It is recommended to install them at both ends of the DC power supply line (solar panel side and inverter/converter side), especially if the line routing is external and lengthy. Equipped with high energy MOVs, these devices also feature specific thermal disconnectors and related failure indicators.
